Got a composition due tomorrow. Had two Japanese friends look over it and they said it was good, but had minor grammatical errors that I can’t fix right now because I didn’t learn it in class yet. I hope I can look back at this and laugh at how terrible it is.

サンクスギビンのしゅうまつ

十一月二十四日にわたしとかれしはごご二時におきました。かれしのなまえは「Dorian」です。四時にDorianさんのおばあさんのうちにいきました。そこでばんごはんをたべました。DorianさんのおかあさんとおかあさんのともだちとDorianさんのおばさんにあいました。いぬにもあいました。ワインをのみました。みんあと一時かんぐらいはなしました。それから、ばんごはんをたべました。ターキーとぱんをたくさんたべました。おいしいでした。やさいもおいしいでした。でも、Dorianさんは七時にしごとがありました、だからパンプキンパイはたべませんでした。六時半にわたしのうちにかえりました。

土曜日に、スーパーでにくをかいました。そのにくを二時かんにました。にくと六時半にともだちのいえにいきました。そのうちにクリスマスのきがありました。ともだちのねこは、つくえ下でした。しゃしんをとりました。ともだちとはなしました。十時にDorianさんのしごとにいきました。それから、二時半にうちにかえりました。テレビをみました。ごぜん四時にねました。

Thanksgiving Weekend

November 24, my boyfriend and I woke up at 2pm. My boyfriend’s name is Dorian. At 4, we went to Dorian’s grandma’s house. We ate dinner there. I met Dorian’s mom, his mom’s friend, and his aunt. I also met the dogs. I drank wine. I talked to them for about one hour. And then, we ate dinner. I ate a lot of turkey and bread. They were delicious. The vegetables were also delicious. But, Dorian had work at 7, so I didn’t eat the pumpkin pie. at 6:30, we returned home.

Saturday, I bought meat at the supermarket. I cooked it for two hours. I went to my friend’s house at 6:30 with the meat. In her house, there was a Christmas tree. My friend’s cat was under the table. I took pictures. I talked with my friends. At 10, I went to Dorian’s work. And then at 2:30, we returned home. I watched television. We slept at 4am.
